Because of the inclined water canals getting close towards the rotating direction, the segments have lesser contact surface and inclusion of more water, which causes the front side of the segments to proceed freely and easier. This results in a more non-vibrating and decisive cutting performance, ensuring you to obtain high speed and long life-span values as well as high cutting precision.

Appropriate Segment Thicknesses in relation to the Preferred Diameter:
For 52-122 mm diameters: 3.5 mm
For 132-202 mm diameters: 4.0 mm
The amount of water and fastening the core drill machine during cutting process is important.
